During Indianapolis Motor Speedway events, products are likely to sell out. We will try to accommodate all orders; however, we do not have control of product inventories being sold out during race events. At times, your order may not be complete and items not backordered. Due to our inventory being trackside in multiple gift shops during our event season, expedited shipping is not available on our online store. If you call us at 1-800-955-4639 before 12 PM EST, we may expedite Next Day, Second Day, or 3-Day Select as long as the inventory is in stock at our warehouse location.

During Peak Event Times, processing and shipping of orders can be delayed up to 15 business days.

You have up to 30 days after the purchase (or delivery if ordered online or by phone) to receive a full refund of the purchase price. Damaged or Defective Items
Contact Customer Service is you receive damaged or defective merchandise within 30 days of delivery at 800-955-INDY. Please have your order number and item information available. After 30 days, damages or defectives items will be the responsibility of the customer.

Holiday Return Policy
During the holiday shopping season, our normal 30-day return policy is extended for all holiday purchases made between November 1 and December 31 of each year. If you are not satisfied with your gift purchase made during this time you may return the purchase through January 31.

You must present a valid receipt and the item must be returned in new condition with tags, in original boxes (where applicable), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to receive full credit. All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping, handling, gift wrap or other charges. Certain exclusions may apply. Return Exceptions
All sales are final and cannot be returned for customized products and autographed collectibles.
Software and other electronic media products (such as Videos, CDs, Video Games, etc) may not be returned once opened.
